We give cyclists the most realistic experience possible in the way we shoot our first person perspective video. After an awesome class on the virtual road, you can move right into cross training. Cycling or Spinning tends to overwork some muscles while underworking others. To solve this problem and give users of our DVDs the best possible workout for their entire body, we include a bonus 30-minute yoga, pilates or strength training session with every ride. These sessions are tailored specifically to cyclists and are designed to be performed right after you get off the bike.
